The path to greater sustainability at Summer Feeling at University Beach 2026 is not just a vision, but also a clear commitment that we are pursuing with a holistic approach. We have therefore anchored sustainability as a core value in our mission statement to ensure a fundamental orientation for our actions both within and outside the event.
Internal sustainability team
In order to successfully implement our extensive sustainability efforts, we have created specific human resources and responsibilities. The internal sustainability team, led by Hendrik Fieseler, plays a crucial role in this. The team acts as a link between the nine departments and has an overarching function.
Sustainability strategy
We developed a comprehensive sustainability strategy during the planning phase with the aim of ensuring that the event is environmentally friendly. It is intended to provide a detailed insight into our sustainability efforts before the event even begins. This is not a complete list of all projects and ideas, but rather a starting point for our journey towards an environmentally friendly Summer Feeling at University Beach 2026.
Sustainability report
Transparency in the area of sustainability is also a key pillar of our sustainability strategy. For this reason, the measures implemented are documented in detail in the final sustainability report, which is published after the event has concluded. Our aim here is not only to create transparency, but also to contribute to the further development and dissemination of sustainable event practices.
